Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Minkowski Home. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Total charges including shipping for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to Canada and will soon be opening to the US. All our orders for non-members are made-to-order and lead times range from 3 to 5 months. There are no shipping charges for any of our products.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). All items are shipped from our Canadian warehouse in Toronto.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. Even before the item is shipped, you shall be regularly contacted at each milestone of your product's development.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Minkowski Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@minkowskihome.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
